Q: How to send an audio chat? A: Press and hold the talk button and say something. Release the button when you are finished. The audio chat is sent. It will immediately be transmitted to everyone within your area (or globally to your channel – if you so choose).

Q: Why do I only have global channels and can´t get to limit the listning radius? A: You most likely don’t have GPS enables. See if the GPS checkbox is checked? Do you know that you have GPS? If so, did you answer yes to the question about the application being allowed to access position?

Q: I can´t hear anything and the Talk button is grayed? What am I doing wrong? A: Is the Server checkbox checked? If not you are not connected to the server. This can be due to several reasons. Firstly, do you have wireless transfer (e.g. GPRS) enabled and working? Secondly, did you answer YES when asked if you allow the application to access internet? If not check this. If problem persists, send us an email.

Q: What is “radius” in this application? A: When you set a radius, your will only be able to hear and talk to users that are a shorter distance that the set radius away from you (from your current position that your GPS reports – or the last position it had since you turned the application on). Other users are filtered ouot.

Q: What about privacy? I do not want others to see where I am. A: We value privacy and default is that your position is never reviled to others. Future functionality may allow you too choose to do so, but this is not possible currently.

Q: What does this cost me? A: The service itself is FREE! Data transfer might cost you a little – this is all depending on your data transfer subscription. That is, this application uploads and downloads audio files over your mobile data transfer. That is, on average about XX kb of data is transmitted to/from you in an hour. This is what may result in data transfer costs for you.
